The responsibility of the HOA Board is to carry out the day-to-day operations of the HOA in a manner that the board members believe, in good faith, to be in the best interest of the association. The board members have an obligation to abide by the association’s governing documents when carrying out their duties.
The primary purpose of the Architectural Control Committee is to, protect, preserve and enhance the value of the homes in the association. The ACC is required to review and approve all qualifying exterior home improvement and landscaping projects prior to commencing work as describes in the association covenants, periodic ACC revisions and the adopted association design standards.
