ENTRYWAY GRASS AND SPRINKLER SYSTEM
The ACC agreed that the 2017 neighborhood improvement project would be to overhaul our entryway sprinkler system to update some malfunctioning heads, dead head some that are useless and remove the ones that are redundant and inefficient. 

The result will be serve to create a more visibly pleasing entryway that will be easier to maintain and less expensive to service with water. 

Special thanks to Michael Bronner who evaluated several vendors to provide the HOA with maximum value for the modest investment.
